The Boomerang process is like no other. We start with premium grapes from Australia’s most famous wine region, The Barossa Valley (Most vodkas today are still distilled from much rougher ingredients like rye, barley, corn, potatoes and even molasses. Ouch).
Boomerang then goes through a 4-step process of fermentation, distillation, filtration, and dilution, that is the hallmark of luxury vodkas. The difference here is that Boomerang is
5-times distilled
and charcoal filtered to remove any impurities. Also, the grapes we use are grown specifically for wine production, which gives Boomerang Vodka an ultra-smooth, taste – and an elegant, modern finish.
The birth date of vodka is estimated to be around the beginning of the 12
th
Century, with Poland and Russia both staking claim to the creation of this harsh ‘little water’. The true origins of vodka, however, continue to be shrouded in mystery and a string of cold winters that never seem to end. *Thankfully, better tasting Vodka isn’t.
Boomerang Vodka – Uniquely Australian.
*Sincerest apologies, once again to our friends in the old world of vodka.
